Stone Enterprises is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our sales efforts, responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and closing sales—all from the office. You are a hunter and a farmer, adept at prospecting new business while cultivating long-term customer loyalty. Your excellent communication skills and resilience will be key to achieving and exceeding your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations and product demos via Zoom, and Teams.
Skillfully guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
Understand customer needs and effectively articulate how our product/service provides the solution.
Negotiate terms and overcome objections to secure new business.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities within our CRM.
Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a smooth handoff for onboarding and ongoing support.
Accurately log all activities, customer interactions, and deal stages in the CRM.
Provide regular forecasts and reports on sales performance and pipeline health to sales management.
